Personalised Training Program

A Personalised training program with a focus on working at the foundations of movement to get a strong base from which to build from so that you can:

1:1 Coaching

Working in my studio and outdoor spaces in good weather, where you will have access to my full range of equipment. Here sessions are always fun, interesting and challenging.

Nutritional Help

Nutrition plays a big part in all the programs and you will be given habit based nutritional strategies to follow with meal plans based around your specific needs, based on consultations and questionnaires.

How I Work

I use functional movements, strength training, postural and corrective exercises. I also use Pilates based movements and high intensity training and conditioning exercises, to help you achieve your goals. Fun, interesting and challenging, no two clients are alike. My sessions are tailored to you, with continual good steady progression results are always achieved.

I have my own fully equipped one-2-one studio or I can visit your home for sessions or train outdoors. All my committed in person PT clients get full nutritional support to maximise their results.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation involves getting the right information with regards to your exercise and medical history. From here we go through a movement screen which is like a mini workout.

I can now assess how your body responds to a series of movements (squat, push, pull etc). This gives a good assessment of your foundational fitness (Stability and Mobility) which is the basis from which all good movement stems. 

With this information, I can see whether there are any movements restrictions such as unbalanced or tight muscles, poor core function and so on. This helps me to devise your training plan with your goals always in mind. 

For online clients the process is similar but using more questions and answers and/or video link when needed.

The movement assessment is a continual process as different movements can highlight new possible restrictions. This then helps you move better to maximise the training sessions to get the best results possible.
