How I Work

Personal Training

In-person clients will be working in my 1-1 studio and outdoors in the garden in good weather, where you will have access to my full range of equipment. Here sessions are always fun, interesting and challenging.

Online Coaching

Designed for busy people who value their time, It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability. With it, you will be empower with more accountability and support than I ever could in-person.

Nutrition

A good diet should be practical, sustainable and provide all the nutrients we need. This enables us to build, heal and recover from daily stressors.

Whether you are looking to lose body fat, have health concerns or a condition, nutrition should always be your first port of call as it provides the building blocks of what we are.

Working with you in person, or online, your nutrition consultations will focuses on an education tailored to your needs.
